Q. Are there any registration fees?

A. No, registration on TAANI is absolutely free.


Q. Can I have multiple accounts?

A. No, each email address and phone number canonly be linked to one TAANI account.


Q. Can I add multiple delivery addresses?

A. Yes, you can add multiple addresses, but all items in a single order will be delivered to one address. To send products to different locations, place separate orders.


Q. How do I reset my password?

A. On the login page, enter your mobile number and click "Forgot Password." You will receive a reset link via SMS. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you face any issues, contact customer support.
